ACADIA 2025 - A Drawing in the Sand

The workshop focused on transforming a 2D vector line drawing into a functional toolpath for Madeline Gannon’s custom cable robot.

In my workflow, I integrated computer vision directly within Rhino to establish an interactive dialogue between the user and the machine. By combining live drawing input with trackpoint detection, the process enables the creation of responsive and dynamic toolpaths.
